During May, we successfully finished the EMS project at the brewery Bergenbier, Romania, a member of the Molson Coors Group.
The project included the implementation and commissioning of the Efficiency Monitoring System (EMS) on the RGB1 glass bottling line.
The line consisted of 21 machines with various control systems such as Siemens S7-300, S7-1500, S5, etc. It is also the most complex bottling line where our EMS is installed.
We connected the following machines to the system: wrapper, two depalletizers, three palletizers, packer, packer, pallet warehouse, crate warehouse, three washers, empty bottle inspector, charger, labeller, two pasters, two packers, and transporters.
Commissioning and testing lasted two weeks.
Bergenbier Brewery is one of the numerous completed projects in the brewing industry with EMS implemented successfully.
